PROCESS
-Invoice processing: 1-2 days after order placed;
-Payment required within 12 hours after invoive received to process the order;
-Order processing (packing + shipping): 1-7 days after payment.
SHIPPING
-Tracking included with parcel only for canadian buyers. For international buyers, upon request;
-Oversize lettermail shipping method has no tracking by default, but can be upon request (for high value minifig for eample);
-Shipping fee for oversized lettermail starts at 5,00CAD;
-All the used/new sets can be ship without box for cheaper shipment (upon request);
Please request insurance if required for lost/damage order;
-Pick up available on request.
PARTS
-No extra parts provided for used sets (from extra part section in Bricklink section);
-If they are missing/incorrect parts in the order shipped, i will do partial order refund based on the amount charged of the parts concerned;
-New parts part out directly of new sealed sets.
MINIFIG
-NEW/USED Minifigs come assembled with cape/cloth when applicable;
-New minifig condition, coming from new sets directly of from other Bricklink resellers.
GENERAL
-I try to minimize the usage of small transparent bags when shipping parts. Don't ask for bag per lot;
-Not responsable of lost package if the parcel/letter is not with option 'tracked';
-Not responsable of damaged set box because of postal service. Insurance can cover damages and service postal become responsable;
-No returns allowed (but please contact me if any issues);
-Sales taxes (QC) will be applied to all Canadian customers (appear in field #additional charges2#).
